New York B & B is situated on a quiet street between Via Firenze and Via Umbria. It’s an independent building on 2 floors just a few steps from Corso Umberto I and Piazza della Rinascita, the heart of the ccity of Pescara. On the first floor all rooms have a patio, giving more space to the room itself, while on the second floor, the rooms have balconies. The B & B has 4 rooms all equipped with all comforts such as en suite bathrooms, WiFi, LCD TV, air conditioning. A spacious and colorful Breakfast area with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, stove, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee machine.
